Terms and Conditions of Booking
 Bookings may be made by telephone but should be confirmed with a completed booking form within seven days.
A deposit of £50 for each week booked is payable at the time of booking (non-returnable).
Bookings are from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
The balance is due four weeks before arrival.
For last minute bookings a cheque for the full amount must be posted, allowing 5 working days for banking clearance upon receipt. If time does not permit we will accept cash on arrival.
Bed linen and towels etc. can be provided as an optional extra. (£7.50 per person per week)
The house may not be occupied by more than the numbers specified.
We regret pets are not allowed.
We cannot hold ourselves responsible for valuables or other property of guests left in the house.
The client agrees to leave the property in the same clean condition as found and to report and pay for any breakage, loss or damage before leaving. £150 fully refundable deposit to be left with owners on arrival.
